A new video with Chrisopher Lloyd reprising his role as Doc Brown had been released. You'll see it after the jump.
The Back to the Future 'Nike Mag' shoe has been confirmed, as have the details on how to get them. There were only 1,500 pairs made and you can only get them by bidding for them on eBay beginning tonight at 11:30pm EST/8:30pm PST. 150 pairs will put up for auction every day for the next ten days. You can access the auction in the eBay Fashion Vault (here) once it goes live. The net proceeds of the auction will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, with them matching a total up to $50 million.
So get out your credit cards, raise you spending limit and prepare for HUGE bids from around the world. This will be a bidding war putting movie collector against shoe collector, and there will be only 1500 survivors. If you win, don't plan on wearing the shoes. Whhhhhaaaat?!?! That's right. According to the auction: The 2011 NIKE MAG shoes are not designed or intended for normal wear and use as footwear.
Where's the fun in that?!?!?

Back to the Future fans have wanted these for a long time, and Nike is making it happen. At an event tomorrow they will announce a version of Marty McFly's sneakers from Back to the Future II will be sold. There are no details yet if they are self-lacing like the ones in the movie. That doesn't matter though. I want some. Now.
If any of the POP Patrol are looking to get me a present this Christmas...you know....I'm just sayin'.
What say you?
