In a week that's been filled with nerd rage for the Catwoman outfit revealed last week, this is the last thing Nolan needs seen. While continuing to shoot this big fight scene for The Dark Knight Rises, there was a little accident involving Catwoman, the Batpod and an IMAX camera. Since they seem to be allowing anyone to stand around the set and shoot video or take pictures, this ended up making it's way to TMZ.
That's why we can't have nice things.
In more Catwoman news, during an interview with MTV, Anne Hathaway did discuss the reaction to the outfit.
Awwwwkward. Perhaps he should have looked up fan reaction to the outfit before discussing it. I am glad that she had a chance to mention it, and you can tell she's a little frustrated by it.
It's too bad that a lot of the fan-anger, or "fan-ger", has been hoisted on Anne as if she designed the costume. I still don't think it's bad at all. I stick with my previous thought that this costume works in the Batman universe Christopher Nolan has created. After all, how many of you hated Heath Ledger being cast as The Joker, or leaked pics of his make-up, or leaked pics of the Batmobile? Just me?
The costume is what it is and we're all still going to see the movie.
What say you?
POPped without an IMAX camera
