Yadda yadda yadda....
Transformers: Dark of the Moon
We finally get to see a bit more of what Michael Bay is going for in the story. This teaser does right by having Optimus Prime narrate with his dialogue.
Of course the action looks fantastic, and there's plenty of giant f'n robots, but there are some things that didn't strike well in it for me.
I think they do a disservice to Rosie Hutington-Whiteley (the new lady) by just tossing her in the trailer with out explanation. Obviously she is some how a part of Sam's life, but why? I know we can't discover too much in the teaser trailer, but the way they throw her clips in you immediately start thinking, "Oh that's right, Megan Fox is gone and this is the new girl." It was just something that pulled me out of watching the craziness happening.
And how many times can we hear Sam yell, "OPTIMUS"? We get it, he needs to save you. But by now if you can't hang with the military dudes after all you've gone through, then the Autobots need a new representative on their side.
That being said, now we have another political figure that has issues with the Transformers (and vice versa)?
I know I'm being too critical in what was just a teaser, and I hope to be proven wrong when Transformers: Dark of the Moon opens this July.
What say you?
