Kobe Bryant and Bruce Willis star in Robert Rodriguez's new project

During today's Lakers game (come on defense..get it together) a new Nike commercial aired that caught my attention.  Normally you have sports stars that try to look like action stars in awful commercials (looking at you Dwayne Wade).  But this commercial had some flair to it.  It also had Bruce Willis, Kobe Bryant, Danny Trejo and Kanye West.  Very interesting.  Robert Rodriguez has directed a Nike ad called 'The Black Mamba' and it is pretty bad ass.

Here are the two versions of the teaser:

The full commercial is supposed to hit their Facebook page (here) on February 19.  And this will also come at  a time when Kobe will be the first professional athlete to have his hand and foot prints put in cement at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.  While I am huge Kobe fan, and bleed Lakers purple and gold, I'm not sure about this whole ceremony thing.  This opens up the door for other PR handprint ceremonies.

What say you?
