'Twilight: Eclipse' Midnight Interviews..sorta

Yours truly decided that we needed to find out exactly what was on the mind of those waiting in line for the midnight screening of Twilight:Eclipse.  So I grabbed a new recorder, made sure the batteries were fresh and headed out to the theater.  I met some interesting people of all ages and genders (kinda).  There was only one BIG problem that I did not see coming, and sadly is why I can't post the interviews I took.  The new recorder had a disc error that I didn't see until I tried uploading the files.  All those interviews of people telling us why they were there are kaput.  (PLEASE...PLEASE.....everyone calm down!)  So if you are one of those person's, I am incredibly sorry about this.  But there is a way you can still be included in this weeks podcast.  Now that you've seen the movie, let us know what you thought and why you're going to see it over and over and over.  Call our hotline at 818-284-4774 and leave us a message with your name (first only) and we'll include you in the podcast.  Do it right now!  Hurry!  Don't let the terrorists win.

Here's what I did learn from the Twi-tards: Twilight rocks; Some people have gotten divorced because their husbands were not like Edward or Jacob; It has allowed some kids to let out their inner nerd; Twilight rocks; Team Charles is cool because it's kind of like a guy in uniform (at least according to one guy I spoke with); It's okay for a guy whose a hundred years old to stay in high school, but he should get a job; Twilight rocks;  It's okay to leave the kids at home to go to a midnight screening; The Burger King crowns don't fit all head sizes; Edward doesn't pick Jacob like I thought; You don't have to watch the movie through a hold cut in a box like I thought (but it might help)... and most of all I learned that the Harry Potter books were not as believable.  Hmmm.... let me think about that for a while.

I, along with other members of the POP Patrol, will have more to say on the podcast when it's posted later this week.  So keep checking back in between going to see the movie and tweeting about it and then seeing it and then screaming and then seeing the movie and then getting divorced.  In the meantime, here's something to put the Twilight movies in perspective:
